Job Description

As an Answering Agent, you will be responsible for answering calls and inquiries after working hours as well as opening tickets for customers. You will also have to be responsible in receiving and dispatching orders to the proper team so they can support the customer when they get on shift. Aside from this, entering data in the computer system and maintaining logs, activities and other information will also be part of your regular duties.


  • 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Junior Dispatcher or similar role
  • ● Excellent communication skills
  • ● Excellent clerical and organizational skills
  • ● Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ● Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
  • ● Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
  • ● Ability to multitask with different and conflicting events
  • ● Ability to work under pressure
  • ● Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
