Job Description

The Graphic Designer we are looking for will conceptualize and execute the digital marketing collaterals such as website banners, emails, social media, blogs, etc. You will be creating design assets required for landing pages or websites. 

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Define the creative approach for focused email and social campaigns. 
  • ● Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. 
  • ● Create new ways of visualizing information, updating existing email templates, and identifying relevant assets and information to assemble presentation materials. 
  • Ensure that collateral speaks the same visual language across mediums and channels 
  • Accountable for brand consistency across campaigns and assets – website, emails, and other digital marketing channels. 


  • Can collaborate and coordinate with other team members and departments as part of a larger, multi-disciplinary team. 
  • Ability to analyze data and complex information and translate into engaging visuals accessible to a wide audience. 
  • Demonstrated thoughtful design, typographic skills, color theory, and professional judgment in solving layout and hierarchy challenges. 
  • ● Effective verbal and written communication in a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure content is accurate and appropriate. 
  • Strategic & creative problem solver with an understanding of information and data storytelling. 
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) preferred. 
  • A keen eye for detail. 
  • ● Have strong eye for visual composition. 
  • Animation and video editing skills are a plus. 
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
