Job Description

The Interior Documenter/Drafter’s primary role is to draw concept plans, construction documentation, FF&E schedules & joinery elevations as directed by the Interior Designers.

  • ● Floor Coverings Plan
  • ● Existing Ceiling Plan
  • ● Reflected Ceiling Plan
  • ● Fire Plan
  • ● Joinery elevations
  • ● Fixtures, Fittings & Equipment Schedules


  • Archicad experience is preferred
  • ● Experience in a similar program such as Revit is an advantage
  • ● A recognised tertiary qualification
  • ● Demonstrated experience in design development and construction documentation in commercial sectors
  • ● In-depth knowledge and understanding of Australian building regulations
  • ● Strategic and efficient approach to documentation and delivery of projects
  • ● An understanding of detailed documentation required, specific to each sector and project typology
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ● A collaborative approach to problem solving and interest in knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • ● Strong organisational and time management skills
  • ● Exceptional attention to detail and solutions focused
  • ● Exceptional ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • ● Confidently contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
