Job Description

The Junior Accountant we are looking for will be responsible for general task such as scheduling monthly management meetings for regional reporting, uploading journals (from CSV templates) or posting journals prepared by team (onshore and offshore), refreshing TM1 management reports, running Fixed assets and prepayments, and maintaining of Finance Calendar (roll forward every month).

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Approval of POs, expense claims, invoices on behalf of CFO
  • ● Helping raise business POs (for those in the business who don’t raise their own, adhoc requests, etc.)
  • ● Pulling travel support from Egencia
  • ● Vendor set-up and verification


  • ● For IFME and Nidasu

Tax Admin

  • ● ADP USA employment tax state returns / admin
  • ● Tracking of withholding tax certificates and following up with customers
  • ● W9 forms for new customers (US customers)


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • ● 1-2 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • ● Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • ● Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
