Job Description

We  are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing annual marketing plans and preparing budgets, you will; be responsible for the financial accountability of the marketing budget. You will also initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs and initiatives.

Other responsibilities & duties:

  • Follow process for new product launching (pricelist, photoshoot, website, etc.)
  • ● Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
  • ● Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management
  • ● Work with sales, commercial, and estimating to prepare quarterly pricelists
  • ● Expand and maintain the company’s dealer network
  • ● Ensure the effectiveness of the company’s website and other online channels
  • ● Initiate and manage customer satisfaction and other surveys
  • ● Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs
  • ● Provide support and tools to sales staff that will drive sales
  • ● Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to senior management
  • ● Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities
  • ● Design and attend trade show and industry event appearances to build relationships and promote the organization’s initiatives
  • ● Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
  • ● Disseminate awareness of new marketing initiatives to all staff
  • ● Marketing plan execution
  • ● Manage distributor network support
  • ● Manage digital platforms
  • ● Manage CRM compliance/usage


  • Leadership, management, accountability
  • ● University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
  • ● At least 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.
  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • ● Proven track record in creating and executing successful email marketing, Internet marketing, and direct marketing programs.
  • ● Direct experience with graphic design, Web page, and other market in related software tools.
  • ● Knowledge of ethical marketing best practices and associated regulations.
  • ● Demonstrated proficiency in Internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
  • ● Ability to build and sustain relationships with key business partners, including dealers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • ● Strong knowledge of competitive analysis methods.
  • ● Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • ● Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
