Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly creative mid-level Graphic Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that represents our brand. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project to ensure the strong and consistent representation of the Company brand. 

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • ● Design, production, and delivery of a range of internal and external collateral, both print and digital, in line with the brand guidelines, including but not limited to presentations, in store displays, flyers, and ad hoc requests as requested by the team. 
  • ● Video editing  
  • ● Support with preparation of email and social media content  
  • ● Maintain and update the website.  
  • ● Develop and maintain product packaging, instruction guides, specification sheets and project line drawings.  
  • ● Annually update and prepare the Product Guide catalogue for printing, including all assets associated (icons, images, text). 
  • ● Evolving, maintaining, and upholding brand guidelines. 
  • ● Ensure all design tasks are delivered on time and meet the brand’s guidelines and quality standards. 

Qualifications

  • ● A degree in Graphic Design or relevant field 
  •  Highly confident and experienced in Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. 
  •  Experienced in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Teams 
  •  Experience in the following platforms would be highly regarded, but not essential: 
    • – ClickUp 
    • – MailChimp 
    • – WordPress 
    • – Canva
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  •  Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers 
  •  Ability to take initiative and to be innovative 
  • ● Ability to multitask and work well in a busy environment, with attention to detail
  • Well organised in maintaining company filing and processes and efficient in planning and prioritising tasks
  • Experience with 3D Rendering would be desired, but not essential
