Job Description

We are searching for a Procurement Operator who knows how to use online portals and/or CRM System to remain in compliance with the customer’s business rules as well as organizational policies and procedures. 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • ● Process customer’s orders with accuracy and efficiency 
  • ● Recognize escalated requests and prioritize assigned tasks as needed 
  • ● Review order submissions and ensure all information needed is completed in order to process 
  • ● Work with company contacts to ascertain any missing information on the order if any 
  • ● Obtain proper approval if needed from client to process and finalize order(s) 
  • ● Review provided information for accuracy and utilize proper template for order in a CRM ticket base to send to processing 
  • ● Track order to ensure delivery and hand off to appropriate team(s) in order for next steps to be initiated 

Qualifications

  • ● One-year prior experience with data entry and order processing preferred 
  • ● Two years prior customer service experience in an office setting preferred 
  • ● Excellent Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • ● Familiarity with industry standard terminology preferred 
  • ● Ability to be detail oriented and process orders with accuracy and efficiency 
  • ● Ability to meet productivity metrics with accuracy 
  • ● Self-motivated, reliable and supportive team member 
  • ● Ability to remain focused and maintain accuracy 
  • ● Ability to multi-task and remain organized 
  • ● Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
