Job Description

We are looking for a Production Administration Assistant who will be responsible for the internal administration of the Production team. This includes but not limited to:

Other responsibilities of the role include:

  • Get the paperwork done and released to the factory
  • ● Input of data for the production team
  • ● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • ● Act as the point of contact for the Production Manager and assist with the workload as requested
  • ● Manage phone calls and emails
  • ● Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • ● Confirm data requirements (confirm sizes for the windows & doors of the project manager)


  • Experience in the (aluminium) window & door industry
  • ● Excellent attention to detail and excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel data management)
  • ● Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • ● Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • ● Discretion and confidentiality
