Job Description

We are looking for an assistant for the Project Management team. We supply panels to large and small commercial construction projects and due to the custom nature of our products have to custom make and process each job on its merits. We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic team member to work closely with the Project Management team, aiming to assist with the following tasks: 

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • ● Administration, entering Sales Order confirmations and data which needs to be accurate. 
  • ● Creating pro-forma invoices. 
  • ● Processing Orders and liaising with the Production Managers. 
  • ● Calculation Bill of Quantity for materials and orders. 
  • ● Reading Shop Drawings and making adjustments as required. 
  • ● Doing take-offs and estimating from Shop Drawings. 
  • ● Nesting for material take off and creating cutting lists. 


  • MUST have a good eye for detail and be detail oriented. 
  • ● A Low -Mid level proficiency in CAD or willingness to learn. 
  • ● Microsoft Word Excel competence for entering data and calculating BOQ. 
  • ● Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised. 
  • ● Able to work with a team and provide support to multiple Project Managers. 
  • ● Strong organization and time management skills, managing multiple tasks, able to manage workload and priorities. 
  • ● Good communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • ● Construction Industry experience is preferred. 
  • ● Understanding the built environment and construction details is preferred.
