Job Description

The Support Team Assistant we are looking for must be able to provide an efficient, accurate level of support to administration tasks within the sales team. You are expected to proficiently process customer card payments and website sample requests.

Other responsibilities:

  • Sending & resending order acknowledgments and receipts, delivery notes
  • ● Adding production product codes into the ERP system
  • ● Sending delivery PODs
  • ● Sending delivery tracking details & updates
  • ● Track delayed deliveries
  • ● Process & follow through with delivery claims
  • ● Inputting courier costs in the ERP system
  • ● Basic repeat order processing
  • ● Data cleansing, updating email addresses, phone numbers, and titles from every incoming email


  • Must be able to speak and understand Spanish when communicating with customers
  • ● Meticulous attention to detail
