Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Administrator, you’ll join our high-performing Customer Service team, where making life easier for clients is our top priority. You’ll wear two hats – driving innovation in customer service for our clients as well as efficient order processing, accurate quoting, and maintaining strong communication with customers and suppliers. We’re looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

Exceed Customer Expectations: Develop and implement strategies that put customers first, consistently exceeding their expectations and driving satisfaction.
●Integrity in Every Interaction: Uphold the highest standards of diligence and integrity while handling customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring accurate understanding is applied.
Order Processing Excellence: Handle customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met.
Quick & Accurate Quoting: Prepare and send quotations efficiently, ensuring pricing and product details are correct and competitive.
Optimise Customer Processes: Identify innovative solutions to streamline order processing, quote generation, and returns management, boosting efficiency and effectiveness.
Streamline Returns and Collections: Manage returns and chargeable collections efficiently, implementing improvements to optimise the process.
Foster a Collaborative Spirit: Create a positive and supportive team environment where teamwork and a “can-do” attitude thrive.
Support Sales and Reporting: Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and revenue for existing clients, leveraging your knowledge and understanding of their needs. You’ll proactively research and recommend products or services that complement their current purchases and help them achieve their goals.

Skills/Attributes Required:

●Fluent in English, reading, writing, and speaking.
●Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a customer service role.
●Experience within an electrical wholesaler, or hands-on experience in electrical engineering or facilities management, is a strong plus.
●Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
●Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and engaging interactions with both customers and colleagues.
●Maintain an innovative mindset, proactively seeking solutions to optimise customer service processes and enhance overall experience.
●Exude a positive attitude and a strong commitment to maintaining a collaborative and supportive team environment.
●Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Prior experience with Sage50 and HubSpot is highly desirable
