Job Description
This role sits at the heart of our business. You’ll be responsible for building world-class candidate experiences while supporting live recruitment, market mapping, and new business development.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and become a true right-hand partner as the business grows.
What You’ll Do:
- ●Deliver high-quality, well-qualified candidates across niche markets for live roles and talent pools
- ●Build, manage, and nurture active and passive talent communities
- ●Create world-class candidate journeys
- ●Support new business development through candidate-led insights
- ●Map target companies within niche markets
- ●Build territory and market analysis
- ●Support social media and content planning
- ●Use CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter for structured recruitment
Requirements:
Must Have Experience:
- ●Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (ideally niche)
- ●Strong CRM experience
- ●Proven LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- ●Technically confident
- ●Fluent professional English
Nice To Have:
- ●Experience in advertising, retail marketing, manufacturing, or creative sectors
- ●International recruitment exposure
- ●Interest in AI and automation
