Job Description
Providing support to both the sales and operations workflow by triaging customer requests and maintaining accurate data and documentation. The role involves communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, in order to contribute to a well-organised and customer focused operation.
Key Responsibilities
- ●Sales inbox triage and actioning customer requests.
- ●Process orders & send order confirmations with all required customer information.
- ●Documentation of purchase order acknowledgements.
- ●Assist with dispatch admin, filing POD’s, and delivery confirmations.
- ●Chase updates from suppliers regarding ETA’s.
- ●Raise standard PO’s for delivery/transport requirements.
- ●Data entry and updating data within CRM and ERP systems.
- ●Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company.
Requirements
Qualification & Skills
- ●At least 5 years of experience in operations support, sales administration, customer service, or order processing
- ●Strong data entry and documentation skills with close attention to detail
- ●Experience working with CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (Intact IQ) systems, spreadsheets, and shared file systems. (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- ●Familiarity with purchase orders, dispatch processes, and delivery documentation
