Job Description
Reporting to our in-house Graphic Designer, the Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for crafting a diverse range of marketing materials for both print and digital platforms in line with our branding. producing impactful visuals to capture the Company’s target audience that aligns with our strategic business objectives
Areas of Responsibilities
- ●Design of our email marketing (e-shots) within HubSpot
●Designing visual content for our LinkedIn – graphics, images, and gifs/videos/animations.
●Design marketing collateral for our website. Including creating on-brand infographics and graphics/imagery for our blog posts.
●Design one-pagers and printed materials, including but not limited to flyers and brochures.
●Conceptualising and executing creative ideas across multiple channels, including print and digital mediums, such as email campaigns, presentations, sales materials, catalogues, website content, and social media platforms.
●Managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating with team members to ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials.
●Utilising Adobe software to edit images and retouch photos.
●Maintaining design templates and structures to uphold brand consistency.
●Managing design files, including marketing literature, and updating them as needed.
●Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the brand identity.
●Providing support to the team during project execution and campaigns.
Requirements
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- ●Comfortable in following Brand Guidelines to a tee.
●Fluent in English – verbal and written.
●Ability to interpret and own either a written or verbal brief, and deliver a design to fit the brief.
●Strong previous experience in a similar position
●Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and Canva.
●The ability to design for various products within brand guidelines while also bringing your own creative vision to projects.
●Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues across the Marketing team and company.
●A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on brand consistency.
●Initiative, teamwork skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
●Photography/videography and editing skills are desirable.
●Knowledge of marketing principles. - ●Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is a priority over other Adobe programmes
