Job Overview
The overall purpose of the CCTV Data Reviewer role is to gather information from various sources, analyse and interpret data patterns and trends, and turn it into information that can offer ways to improve a business. Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the CCTV Data Reviewer will report all the observations in the asset management software – Wincan or similar.
Key Task and Accountabilities
Duties
- ●Conduct CCTV audits of new and existing sewer and stormwater infrastructure to identify blockages, cracks, and other issues as per the Pipe Inspection Manual 4th Edition requirements.
●Undertake pipeline inspection reporting/coding using Wincan software.
●Undertake audits on CCTV operator surveying as per the Pipe Inspection Manual 4th Edition requirements and provide results back to your manager
●Maintain the current standard of work and strive for continuous improvement of the quality of our services.
●Data exports to the Moata and Retic managers
●Where needed, create marked-up plan drawings
●Upload data to TDG’s own data software, Utility Track
Safety Compliance
- ●Adhere to all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and company rules at all times.
●Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
●Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses promptly to supervisors and participate in investigations as needed.
●Maintain awareness of potential hazards on job sites and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
●Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Team Collaboration
- ●Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
●Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
●Provide feedback on job progress and suggest improvements when necessary.
●Assist colleagues as needed to accomplish project objectives and goals.

Qualification
- ●ZPIM 4th edition qualifications (preferred but not essential)
Skills
- ●Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
●Have advanced computer skills
●Have an eye for detail
Exeperince
- ●CCTV drain inspection knowledge and experience
●Experience in logging
