Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirments
- ●Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- ●Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- ●Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- ●Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- ●Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries and problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- ●Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels promptly
- ●Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer issues and service delivery.
Requirments
Qualification and Skills
- ●Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- ●Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ●Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- ●Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- ●Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- ●Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
