Responsibilities
- ●Ensuring the timely quotation of works
- ●Collaborates very closely with delivery
- ●Completes successful handovers
- ●On time & detailed finisher of stretch assignments from Assistant Pre-Construction or Pre-Construction Manager
- ●Helps train new Surveyors and Estimators
- ●An ambassador for compliance holding everyone around you to account to the company’s 100% compliance objectives
- ●Identifying and mitigating risk to the business at all stages within the pre-construction phase
- ●Develops and promotes the company’s methodology
- ●Records all necessary activity in Salesforce & Simpro
KPI’s
- ●Number of quotations per month set by the Pre-Construction Manager or the Assistant Pre-Construction Manager
- ●Maximising GP on the quotes they are accountable for
- ●First time right quotations
- ●90 Day Objectives
Requirements
- ●Commercial astute
- ●Persuasive
- ●Detailed, puts everything in writing and has a ‘do it right first time’ attitude
- ●On-time finisher of assigned tasks
- ●X % on the product knowledge skill matrix [to be confirmed]
- ●Exponent of the Pre-Con Ground Rules
- ●Scores a minimum of a B player
- ●Athlete’s grit
