As a Sales Support Specialist at eSquared, you will provide crucial assistance to the sales team, simplifying the sales process and enhancing customer experience. Your duties include managing leads, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Assist the sales team with daily activities and customer inquiries.
- ●Qualify and manage leads using the CRM system.
- ●Prepare and process sales quotations and proposals.
- ●Maintain accurate customer and sales data.
- ●Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns and promotions.

Requirments
- ●Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role.
●Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
●Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
