Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce & CRM Data Quality Coordinator to support the redesign and clean-up of our CRM structure and data.
This role will help deliver a major data and system improvement project across Salesforce, with linked alignment into Orderwise. The work includes helping define and build a clearer account and contact hierarchy, supporting new field and record structures, cleansing live customer and opportunity data, testing changes in the sandbox, and helping document the processes needed to keep data accurate going forward.
The aim is to create a cleaner, more usable CRM structure that better reflects parent accounts, sites, contacts, opportunities, and decision-making roles, while also improving reporting, consistency,y and long-term data control.

Key Responsibilities

  • ●Support the design and implementation of a new Salesforce account hierarchy structure, including parent accounts, site accounts, line-level structure, and contact relationships.
●Help define and apply contact hierarchy and assignment rules so contacts can be correctly linked to parent accounts and, where known, to the right site accounts.
●Assist with defining fields, page layouts, and record requirements across key CRM objects, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, visit reports, activities,s and tasks.
●Build, test, st and validate agreed changes in the Salesforce sandbox before go-live.
●Carry out large-scale customer data cleansing to bring existing records into line with the new structure.
●Clean and restructure account and contact data linked to live pipeline opportunities.
●Support the archiving of legacy or unused CRM data, while maintaining access to historical records where needed.
●Help export and organise historical opportunity data into a separate searchable reference database.
●Document CRM processes, data rules, and procedures so the new structure is maintained properly after launch.
●Create simple user guidance and training materials, including video walkthroughs where useful.
●Set up or support reporting that helps track data quality and prevents the CRM from drifting back into chaos, which humans do love doing to systems.
●Support the rollout of the same structural logic into Orderwise over time.
