Job Overview
Looking for an energetic individual who has experience with matching and filing purchase orders, meeting month-end deadlines, and who can work successfully individually and as part of a team. If no experience we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Task /Responsibilities
- ●Entry-level clerk position.
● Validate expense invoices; correct vendor, branch, and invoice information.
● Validate for duplicate invoices. - ● Answer inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
● Maintain correct billing and location on invoices.
● Validate GL coding for final review.
• Answer phone lines, call branches and vendors for quires/resolutions.
● Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with branches, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors.
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
● Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.
Qualification
- ● Experience in Accounts Payable
● Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.
● High phone volume, answering and calling out.
Competencies
- ● Branch/Vendor Focus.
● Results Driven/Accurate data entry
● Flexibility/ Multi-tasker/ Strong verbal communication
